Fees and charges Accommodation fees and fee increases are approved by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. Admission to Monreith is dependent on the applicant having an ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) high care level assessment, the availability of a bed and the applicant's ability to pay the extra service fee.
